Short Property Description
Currently we need a strong & fit young person to help in taking down the nets in the vineyard plus possibly helping bottle wine in our winery. We make natural wine in small commercial quantities at our property in Blackheath using organically grown grapes purchased from Orange, Canowindra, Mudgee & Hilltops. We also have a medium sized vineyard 30 minutes away that we are bringing back into production and this is where we spend most of our time working at the present time.
Organic/Biological methods we use
The grapes are grown organically (possibly biodynamically in the future) and in the winery apart from a small amount of sulphur and citric acid (used for cleaning) no chemicals or other additives are used in the making of our wine.

Why I became a WWOOF Host
My son has done years of WWOOFing around the world and enjoyed the idea sharing and joy that comes from working with others. So we wanted to bring this onto our own farm.
