Colman Family
We make natural wine in small commercial quantities at our property in Blackheath using organically grown grapes purchased from Orange, Canowindra, Mudgee and Hilltops. We also farm a leased vineyard of 4 ha, 30 minutes drive from our home. Recently we opened a natural wine bar and wine shop, also in Blackheath.

Why I became a WWOOF Host

My son has done years of WWOOFing around the world and enjoyed the idea sharing and joy that comes from working with others. So we wanted to bring this onto our own farm.

Organic/Biological methods we use

The grapes are grown organically and in the winery apart from a small amount of sulphur and citric acid (used for cleaning) little or no chemicals or other additives are used in the making of our wine.
