Also meeting like minded people is very appealing. Working for board and lodging is very appealing and makes seeing more of my country a reality.
speak to hosts and work out the social side of stuff required as well as possibly becoming a host!
Skills I Want to Learn: Organic Practices, Animal Care
I learn environmental problems such as micro plastics, air pollution, food waste and so on in my university. So I would like to learn the way to make our life eco-friendly and more sustainable!!These days, I’m interested in Animal Welfare. I think Japan lags behind other countries in measures of animal welfare. So I also want to know the friendly way for live stock.
Skills I Want to Learn: Organic Practices, Permaculture/Biodynamics, Gardening, Pruning, Animal Care, Fencing, Dairy
The reason why I try to do WWOOF is that I'd like to have an opportunity to stay with people in different culture and work in a farm. And I love animals and nature.I want to see beautiful stars. I like physical activity.
I have joined WWOOF to gain valuable skills to help build a resilient and sustainable home-based lifestyle. I'm interested in seeing how others are living and responding to our current climate emergency. I want to gain skills that I can bring back to my local community and to those unable to take time off to go volunteer, to foster greater community resilience.
