We live on a 12 acre property in Waroona which has been an ongoing labour of love for the last 6 years. Our vision is to create a mostly native garden, that will eventually be open to the public for weddings and small retreats. Our journey started 6 years ago on a bare canvas that was originally a dairy farm with no trees. We have been learning new skills as we go along and see WWOOF as a great way to teach what we've learnt and also learn other skills from our woofers. I believe everybody has something to teach AND something to learn. We are looking for people who would like to share our space and help around the property. Tasks include gardening, painting, building and a myriad of creative projects still waiting to be born. We are open to other peoples creative idea's, suggestions and skills. In return we offer great food, music, conversation and a great place to relax when not working.

The Truffiere will be expanded next winter to diversify and include white truffles, olive trees and bee hives.. Built in 1894, there is a lot of history here including a large stone barn that was once used the village school and a prohibition bar! There are a wide variety of fruit trees and preserving to do including Mulberry's, table grapes, citrus, lemons, limes, loquats, cumquat, figs, pomegranate, olives, peaches, pears, apples, nectarines. We have a poultry unit with egg layers, heritage Brahma from the UK and Japanese Quail. We are chemical free which means weeding, mulching etc and we are water wise. You will have your own room in the main house with Antique double bed and main bathroom used by the Guest rooms only.

At Dreams Alpaca Farm we take pride in our picturesque valleys and hilly countryside.

Our farm, located in Windeyer NSW, operates as a farm stay.  The main house (our residence) is located at the top of the hill. It is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom dwelling, which can sleep a woofer in the 3rd bedroom. We also have a cabin and Tiny House at the front of the property. These are both rented out to tourists and anyone who is eager to experience a relaxing retreat from all the hustle of city life.

Carlos and Caro are the superstars on the property! Carlos is a pure bread Australian Red Kelpie who is a master at herding the animals. He likes to show them who is boss! Caro is an Italian Livestock Guard Dog, warning away any foxes and kangaroos which may potentially harm any of the animals on the property. Both Carlos and Caro are happy and friendly dogs which love affection and a little pat.

Moving forward to becoming an organic and self sufficient property, we produce our own organic honey using bee hives located in one of our paddocks. Our pigs and lambs are used to produce organic meat of the highest quality, and the free range chickens lay the most delicious eggs. Pampero our resident Angloarab Horse and Jessie the pony are very friendly and enjoy keeping visitors company. We house a variety of other animals such as alpacas, goats, sheep, geese and peacocks.

The HUF is an urban farm located in the picturesque hills of Perth located approx. 30 kilometres from the CBD.  The property is located on an acre of land with a vision of self sufficiency. Accommodation is a fully en-suited room with own shower and toilet within the main home. Queen sized bed with built in robes. PLEASE NOTE WE ARE ON SERVERE WATER RESTRICTIONS WHICH UNFORTUNATELY MEANS 5 MINUTE SHOWERS AND GENERAL CARE WITH WATER OVERALL WE REQUIRE YOU TO RESPECT THIS. Live produce includes bee hive, chickens, quails, aquaponics (for fish farming), mealworm farms, black soldier fly farms and worm farms. We try and make own produce on the property including preserving, pickling, dehydrating. The property has solar into the grid but we are wanting to expand to a solar stand alone battery system to run the additional aquaponic systems we want to build and install.

I am in the early stages of developing a Cacao farm where I would also like to produce fresh vegetables and plant tropical fruit tree varieties using permaculture principles. Currently my property is at the clearing stage, cacao plants are in pots ready to plant in the ground by December and opportunity’s to reforest some areas are also in the pipeline. Current accommodation is camping only with plenty of fresh water creek frontage to be utilised. Working with a blank canvas at this point, so not for the faint hearted.

We are unable to accommodate stays at the moment due to caronavirus issues. Very sorry for this. We are on a 15 acre bush block with lots of trees and bushes. We are self sufficient in veggies and fruit and exchange with locals with our excess. We are still growing and shaping our block and making it fire safe and appealing. The house is rammed earth and we built it ourselves. We have been here for 25 years. Our wwoofa accommodation is a self contained granny flat that is very comfortable with TV. We have chooks, peacocks and a small friendly dog.  My husband has his own bee setup and we harvest our honey. There are loads of birds, and wildlife like possums. We are 20 kms from the nearest town.
