We are a couple who will be slowly making our way from Melbourne to Darwin. We both want to learn more about permaculture and land conservation and enjoy hearing peoples\\\' stories. We joined WWOOF so we could volunteer our time in exchange for knowledge and a slower pace of life.

I’ve joined wwoofing because I like being physically active and working with my hands. It gives me the opportunity to learn more about different types of farming. From Wwoofing I would like to gain a multitude of new skills that I can take and use anywhere. It gives me the opportunity to better understand how agriculture today works. I have never worked on a farm but I’ve always been interested in growing my own food and sustaining myself. Wwoofing is the perfect way for me to learn and increase my knowledge.
