Short Property Description
Horse Trail Riding and Stock Horse Stud on 100 acres of bushland. The property also includes a 2.5 acre vineyard near Margaret River. We have about 30 horses, from school masters through to polo ponies. Volunteering includes compost making using straw & manure from horse stables, spreading compost onto vineyard, removal of introduced weeds & revegetation of bushland with native species. People with some experience in horse handling and riding can get involved with all aspects of horse care. The work is diverse so there are loads of opportunities for a bit of knowledge exchange. Accommodation for 2 people in separate 3 bedroom railway carriage house. No children. Mixed diet. No smoking inside. Negotiable stays after initial visit. See our website and take a look!
