Short Property Description
1.5 acre property halfway between Brisbane and the Gold Coast. I have some fruit trees and I want some help transforming the property into a productive haven where all my food is grown organically. Plenty more fruit trees and vegetables to be planted. Pool to relax in summer, and a spa in the winter. Gym onsite if you fancy doing some exercise, dumbells, bench, rowing machine, pilates reformer, olympic rings, trampoline. Flexible working arrangements. If you want to work for a while and then have some time off to explore the area, I am absolutely fine with that within reason. I will take you shopping when you arrive and let you buy the food you want, so you can be in control of your diet and eat the foods you like. I want you to be comfortable and feel at home. Lots of varied work around the property. Plenty of weeding, planting, whipper snipping, mowing, and general gardening work. I have a few specific projects I want help with. Transforming a garden path that is overgrown. This is photo 6 in the gallery. I want to get rid of the left-hand garden and plant it with ferns similar to the right-hand side. Beautifying a rock wall (photo 5) and trimming and perfecting a raised planter box garden (photo 4). If these specific projects sound like something you would enjoy and excel at, please send me a message 🙂 Jimboomba is about 7 minutes drive away, where you can get the bus into Brisbane, and Yarabillba is about 13 minutes drive, where you can also get a bus to Brisbane or the Gold Coast. Happy to pick you up or drop you off when needed. A friendly dog and an energetic 6 year old to keep you company and entertained 🙂 I am happy to help you with your English if necessary, as I want to create win-win outcomes with all my guests. Thanks

Why I became a WWOOF Host
I have heard great things about WWOOF-ing, my mother has been a host for many years and I have friends that have travelled doing WWOOF-ing. I thought it could be a great way to get some help and meet some new people
