Organic/Biological methods we use
No chemicals whatsoever have been used for over 36yrs on this property. A keyline plough has been over appropriate slopes and ridges of the property to enhance soil breathability and nutrition long term.
Other permaculture techniques were adopted in the organic gardens. Cattle have been used to both fertilise and maintain the pasture on the property.
The quality of the soil has been enhanced greatly by organic management for nearly 40yrs.

Why I became a WWOOF Host
I needed help looking after my piece of paradise on this planet and wanted to keep it healthy for future generations.
I wanted to do that with like minded people who also had same aspirations and wanted to learn how.
One of the greatest highlights of my life is to have had this opportunity for the past 12 years with young people from all around the world.
It has been productive for all parties, adventurous and so much fun.
So many fond memories and so many new connections all around the world. I love my WWOOFers.
