Misty Mountain Lifestyle Retreat
We are on 440 acres in the rainforest in Bellbrook NSW. We are a health retreat, owned by Barbara O’Neill. We are trying to grow as much organic produce as possible. We need a man with strength to help our female Gardner with constructing new garden beds and covers etc. Plus to set up and maintain flower gardens around the property.

Why I became a WWOOF Host

One of our staff suggested it as they have used WWoofers before and though it would be a good idea. We often get people from all over Australia and overseas come to help us and learn about health and wellbeing from Barbara, but we are lacking in male help, so we thought we would try this.

Organic/Biological methods we use

We are growing from seeds and seedlings we buy from local nurseries. We use organic mixes and make our own compost.

Courses & Events

Educational lectures on health, fitness and wellbeing. Also cooking classes, chapel service on the sabbath. Exercise groups, and we have a gym they can use. Plus we have a spa salon where they will receive 2 free treatments a week, if the work a min of 38 hours a week. They can purchase extra treatments 1/2 price and also we have a shop that sell health products and they will get 15% off any purchases.
