Heaps going on at our sustainable living project here in Bulga Forest near the village of Elands and the magnificent Ellenborough Falls. We are pruning Olives and orchard trees as well as making pickles and other preserves. Great food fresh from the garden and gathering more mulch, woodchips and cow poo for compost making soon.
