Help sought up in the northern rivers nsw 1 room in house available on a real nice secluded waterfront property at Broadwater Ballina is 20 mins drive Byron 40-45 mins and Evans head great for fishing supermarket clubs and hotel etc is approx 10-15 mins , the tasks are mostly gardening , planting , and mainly just general property jobs , 2 mountain bikes here and there are 8-9 kayaks here available to use on a very nice waterway , a little like Kakadu , lots of birdlife wildlife etc , its a very nice spot approx 4 klm's of the pacific hwy .
