The garlic is all planted but needs some love to help it grow into beautiful plump bulbs of goodness. As well as working with garlic we are trying to establish vegetable garden beds, build chicken pens, harvest gumbi leaves, establish a house and anything else that comes along. We are located 1.5 hours from Brisbane on the Darling Downs and have accommodation for up to 4 wwoofers in air conditioned transportable buildings. The weather is cooling down so you need to be prepared for that. Mornings only start at around 7.30 am and the days are varied with different jobs.
