Ballina are approx 25 to 30 mins Byron 45 mins Evans head is about 12 mins away . There are 8 kayaks here for use and a mountain bike , its a pretty chilled out lifestyle how , there's no farm animals here except a small domestic pet ., beaches are about 4 klms as the crow flys , Evans head has nice beaches meals and is good for grocery shopping , pub and Clubs , worth a visit .or Iluka or Yamba about 45 mins south , hrs here are flexible a bit , just depends whats on and happening , other than that I would suggest out on the water with boat or kayaks in the Arvo;s it can get like class the water turns to a big mirror and with all the birds its similar to Kakadu and extremely interesting to do the Mangrove forest paddle but this is only available a number of times a yr due to tides , Summer days comin hope you all have a nice one and xmas
