Our internships provide unique experience-based learning opportunities in eco-logical approaches to growing food. We take permaculture, regenerative, and organic practices a step further by learning from Nature.
Your practical help supports us to demonstrate eco-logical approaches to food production at Hill Top Farm. In return, you receive direct, hands-on instruction and weekly internship sessions with Dr Wendy Seabrook, mostly organic food from the farm, and comfortable, simple accommodation.
These intensive internships are generally one month long, and we intentionally limit spots to 1-2 interns to maximise your individual learning and engagement.
