Peace Be Still is a farm with organically grown citrus, vegetables, poultry and sheep. Situated in the Chittering Valley, it is adjacent to the Avon Valley National Parks and has walking trails leading to the Park. Peace Be Still serves as a guest house, retreat centre or workshop venue. It is situated on a farm with bushland adjoining the Avon Valley National Park allowing access for extensive bushwalking. A lovely picnic and camping area on the banks of the Brockman River provides an opportunity to get away from the city and to enjoy this natural bushland setting.
Volunteering includes gardening, pruning, fencing, picking fruit, feeding animals for about 4 hours a day.
Our place would be suitable for couples with some self-catering with food supplied in a separate house and irregular meals with host. Mixed diet, no children, No smoking inside. Initial stay 3-5 days longer stays negotiable. Prefer stays of 2 weeks.
