Short Property Description
NB . You will need your own transport if you intend to come and stay at The property. Especially during the summer, which is fire season, so you need to be able to evacuate the property under your own steam, in case of emergency and if there is no-one is here.

7.2 acre herbal farmlet. Growing a wide and diverse range of vegetables, herbs, and fruit.
There are solar panels, a battery for electricity storage so we are 98 % of grid electricity wise , there is only rainwater & bore water on the property.
Goals are self-sufficiency & off grid living. There are terraces and swales on the property, we are working on creating a larger food forest, an Olive Grove, and to extend the fruit orchard which is fairly well planted out now.
