Short Property Description
Scenic 8 acres in the Perth hills called Wine and Horses in Perth Hills, with horses, chickens, cats & dogs. Located right on the bridle trails with beautiful bird life and great walking trails in the area.
I would love to hear from people who are interested in helping maintain the property. Volunteering includes gardening, painting, feeding horses and picking up horse manure plus general property maintenance.
Mixed diet. No Smoking Inside. Negotiable stays after first few days.
