Short Property Description

Samaria farm is set in the foothills of Mt Samaria National Park produces essential oils & hydrosols from our 2000 Damask roses, citrus orchard & lemon myrtle trees. The 22 acre property also has an olive grove & runs harlequin mini sheep, chooks & a small friendly dog.

We run essential oil workshops, conduct farm tours, have farm stay accommodation in our 2 bedroom self contained cabin and cater for group bookings throughout the year.

Work includes picking rose buds, olives, pruning, gardening, animal care & GFM. Accom for 2 in our home, caravan or BYO. Shared meals, all cook together, mixed diet. No children. NSI. Initial stay 3-5 days, longer stays negotiable.

Full Property Description

A 10 minute drive to Samaria National Park with various walking trails. Short drive, (20 to 35 minutes), to Benalla and Mansfield. Local wineries and beautiful North East Victorian countryside.

Organic/Biological methods we use

We are not certified organic, however, we use strict organic principles in our farming. The farm has been set up on permaculture principles.
