    Short Property Description

    We live on 13 ac on the edge of the township of Koroit Victoria Australia, we have chickens, 2 whippet dogs, a cat and 7 horses.
    I am at work during the week, I am a teacher at TAFE (an adult education organisation), but my daughter is at home, as she home schools.
    We are often busy on weekends with horse competitions or clinics.
    We are close to the ocean and beaches, we have some wonderful State and National Park, natural reserves and bushland nearby.
    We have a spare bedroom and separate bathroom, WiFi, and we share the kitchen.
