Short Property Description
We are a 1000 acre grazing property situated 30km from Gatton in the Lockyer Valley. We run a farm stay and horse riding business, and we breed Arabian horses. Although we encourage people with horse riding experience to come to our farm, it is not necessary to have riding skills.
Main volunteer duties are feeding & handling the young horses, and looking after animals such as chicks, guinea pigs, goats.
If you are an experienced rider, you can ride in your spare time & help with trail rides for our guests. If you are not experienced we can give you some lessons. Other jobs incl painting, clearing riding tracks, fencing, clearing Lantana.

Why I became a WWOOF Host
To give people the opportunity to experience rural life and to share my knowledge about horse. To allow travelers from overseas to experience Australia and the beautiful wildlife that we have here and on neighbouring properties.
