We are an Australian Native Plant Production Nursery and we have recently taken on the lease of a villa next to the Nursery which we are in the process of establishing an Australian Native Food Farm. Workers will be helping in the Nursery and on the farm. Workers accomodation is on site.
I have met many wwoofers on my travels over the years. I have the opportunity now to become a host farm and a part of the wwoofing community. I will try to provide a unique Australian working experience.
Organic/Biological methods we use
We are a Herbicide Free Farm. Weed control is carried out with a Steam Weeding Unit. We also use Biological Pest Control Methods.
The Native Food Farm follows Organic Farming Principles with the aim of achieving Certification in the future.
