Brian & Sally – Earthways
Our property ‘Earthways’ is a 330 acre property 150 km nth of Sydney in the beautiful Wollombi Valley. We are surrounded by NP and Crown land, with native animals & birds. Brian is an architect, in sustainable building technologies.
Sally is the organic gardener, and great vegetarian cook.  We have owner-built our 2-storey mud-brick home with Off Grid solar electricity. Living sustainably for many years.
Volunteering includes general property and building maintenance, re vegetation, new building projects and bee work if interested. We prefer people who are practical, willing to work and learn new skills. Accommodation for 2 in private space, shared vegetarian meals.
Our WWOOFers are welcome inside our home and partake in family activities – we enjoy sharing in great conversations and enjoy people with an interest in sustainable living. Non-smokers only.

Why I became a WWOOF Host

We joined wwoofing to meet people and share ideas and skills about all things including sustainable living. After many years of travel ourselves, we are grateful for what others have to share and we can also offer our skills in exchange for help on our property.
