A 380 acre family farm since 1961 completely surrounded by National Park. Originally dairy, then beef now with a focus on truffle & beef.
We have always been off grid, an early adopter of solar power (almost 40 years ago) and provide a diversity of activity. Our rammed earth and strawbale home is open annually for Sustainable House Day and showcases masonry heater, composting toilets, solar power, rainwater, fire resistant design…
We were one of the farms around Cobargo that was burnt in the 2020 Blacksummer fires. We saved our home and all sheds, but lost fences, trees and grass. Since then, we have cleared up most, but are still dealing with the results. If you would like to help, please call or email.
We provide a diversity of activity and experience in the most beautiful part of the state. You have your own room in our home, part of our family while you are here.
We enjoy showing WWOOFers our property and way of life, giving them new experiences and skills and introducing them to the beautiful Far South Coast of NSW.
