Peter and Kate Munns
Our 100ac farm is situated on Deep Creek in the Macedon Ranges, about 1 hour outside Melbourne. We run livestock and grow vegetables for our own use. Animals include cows, alpacas, sheep, chickens, dogs and a pig. There are two of us living on this property, entirely off the grid.

Why I became a WWOOF Host

We want to share our experience of farm life in a beautiful setting with people who want to have this sort of experience in Australia.

Organic/Biological methods we use

We see ourselves as the current custodians of the land on which we live.  We are in the process of setting aside up to 30% of our property for biodiversity (planting many new trees and shrubs), and graze our animals on the remaining land, according to regenerative/holistic principles.  The farm also has a cabin (listed with Unyoked) so that we can share this beautiful country with others..
