Nicola Trethowan
We enshrine meditation and mindful, sustainable living as part of our family life. As our aim is to grow a meditation retreat encompassing a yurt, glamping tents, a large meditation hall and flourishing food gardens, we are seeking to share the practice of conscious living and relating as a community with anyone who comes to help us along the way.
