Yintarini Farm
Yintarini Farm is a small, newly established hobby farm with a big vision to create a world where the health and well-being of both people and the planet can flourish.

We are guided by the principles of permaculture – People Care, Earth Care and Fair Share.

We acknowledge the Gunaikurnai people as traditional custodians of the land we live and work on. Our aim as temporary caretakers is to create a lifestyle that is slower, simpler, happier, more self-sufficient, and kinder to the planet, as a demonstration to others of what might be possible.

Why I became a WWOOF Host

As custodians of Yintarini Farm, we want to do our small part to leave the land in a better state for the next generation than we found it, despite all the challenges that climate change presents. We want to share our experience with others, so they can be part of making a difference for our planet too. It is going to take every one of us to secure a better future for the next 7 generations.

Organic/Biological methods we use

As we are a newly established hobby farm, we are at the beginning of our journey.  Lucy has completed a Permaculture Design Certificate and uses these principles to design, plan and develop the garden and farm.  We are also interested in Regenerative Agriculture and are learners on this journey.
