Located in Old Beach, approximately 25 minutes from Hobart, our hobby farm offers a tranquil retreat where you can experience the best of rural living with convenient access to the city. Having relocated here seven years ago, we have cultivated a sustainable garden that is a haven for native birds and is supporting our busy beehives. All hard work has been done and the focus now is on maintenance, improving the soil quality and enjoying the ever changing colours of happy plants.
We are passionate about organic gardening and uphold a commitment to sustainable living practices. Our location is close to stunning national parks, while also only 25 minutes from Hobart’s vibrant cafes and dining scene, including the renowned MONA art museum, just 20 minutes away.
Guests are accommodated in a spacious, comfortable bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, WiFi, and access to a living area equipped with a large TV and Netflix. We enjoy sharing our love of food and invite visitors to join us in preparing homemade, nutritious meals using fresh produce from our garden. Additionally, we are delighted to show off some of the most beautiful regions in southern Tasmania, ensuring an enriching and memorable stay.
