Kumbartcho is a 141 hectares farm just 3 kilometres out of Kilkivan, Queensland.

We have a beef cattle breeding enterprise, along with chickens, pigs, sheep for our own use.

We host Steiner school year 9 farm camps of 3 week duration.

We also hold regenerative agriculture workshops on farm embracing biodynamics, syntropic Agroforestry, Natural sequence farming, & human health.

Shane has now 50 years as a regenerative agriculture practitioner.

We have an ongoing tree planting program partnering with the likes of the local Koala Action Group.

We make biodynamic preparations on farm for our own use, & for sale.

The farm is on Wide Bay Creek, which has great swimming holes.

Just 1.5 hours from the Sunshine Coast beaches.

We have working dogs.

Why I became a WWOOF Host

I love interacting with people from different cultures, countries, etc.

I am passionate about sharing my experience gained throughout life.
