Hidden Valley Cabins
Hidden Valley Cabins is a family-owned, off-grid eco retreat set in peaceful North Queensland bushland. Surrounded by rainforest, creeks, and abundant wildlife, the property offers rustic to deluxe cabins, nature-based tours, and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. Ideal for travellers seeking authentic Australian bush experiences, sustainability, and connection with nature.
Why I became a WWOOF Host
We became a WWOOF host to share our love for the land, sustainable living, and the Australian bush with people from all over the world. Hosting WWOOFers allows us to exchange knowledge, support environmental conservation, and create meaningful cultural connections while working together to care for our property and protect this unique natural environment.
Organic/Biological methods we use
We use a range of organic and biological practices focused on sustainability and education. Our methods include permaculture principles, beekeeping, and composting organic waste to enrich the land naturally. We also share our practices through educational tours on renewable energy systems, off-grid living, and nature and wildlife conservation, promoting environmental awareness and responsible land care.
