Boshack Outback Eco Farm is 250 acres, 90 minutes from Perth City, Western Australia. We have animals, permaculture and off grid (solar powered, with hot showers & toilets). Set beside a large freshwater lake, we drink our own spring water. Our Accommodation is simple ,warm in winter and cool in summer but very unique, with lakeside & bush view permanent cabins. This is a very peaceful & tranquil place, a great place to relax away from the city. We have mainly school camps & families visiting us regularly.
We joined WWOOF as a host in 2005 as host WP094 we have enjoyed hosting WWOOFers for many years and hope to continue to do so.
Organic/Biological methods we use
We use permaculture methods for growing our own gardens for some of our food. We do not use sprays on our farms and recycle our food scraps through compost or feeding the animals.
We have our own fish &; marron growing naturally.
