Cornucopia Agnes Water
Welcome to cornucopia– a relaxed 40-acre property just 10 minutes from the beautiful beach town of Agnes Water.
Our place is a mix of open paddocks, fruit trees, gardens and simple off-grid style living. It’s a peaceful spot where you can enjoy nature, learn practical skills and experience a slower lifestyle close to the ocean.
We love hosting travellers from around the world. Sharing stories, exploring the coastline and working together on small projects around the property is what makes the experience special. There is always something interesting happening here – from gardening and building projects to caring for animals and improving the land.
What you might get involved in:
Gardening and planting fruit trees
Composting, mulching and worm farming
Beekeeping and poultry care
Using tools and small mechanical jobs
Building and natural building projects
Learning practical off-grid and handyman skills
No special experience is needed — just a positive attitude and a willingness to get involved.
Life here is simple and relaxed.
Accommodation is a comfortable caravan, and we often share meals or cook together. After work there’s plenty of time to explore the area — beaches, surfing, fishing, bush walks, and sunsets over the ocean.
If you enjoy nature, practical projects and meeting good people, you’ll probably feel right at home here.
