Short Property Description
Biologically farmed cattle grazing with an emphasis on biodiversity enhancement. We have only recently got cattle, we move them regularly to allow them access to fresh fodder. We live in a strawbale house that is about 10 years old. You will stay in our spare room that has its own bathroom. We have about 300Ha of good quality bushland with beautiful wildflowers from July to October. We have 2 dogs who are very friendly and no children. We have just acquired 3 horses, so a bit of work involves them. We are in the process of getting chooks too.
Organic/Biological methods we use
We practise rotational grazing, which means moving the cattle regularly. We don’t use pesticides on the cattle or paddocks.

Why I became a WWOOF Host
We farm using biological methods with some biodynamic techniques. We enjoy meeting and learning from new people. We are also very happy to share what we have learnt and are continually learning.
