Our passion is travelling, and we enjoy meeting new and interesting people around the world, and we already spent time in Australia both working and travelling. It was an exciting time in an impressive country we made many valuable acquaintances while there. Many years later, we would now like to share the positive experience with our kids and introduce them to Australia’s nature and the Aussie lifestyle. We are a hands-on young family, and we love skilled manual work. My wife and I, we both grew up in a working-class-family. For our work-life-balance, we spend a lot of time in our own forest or on our neighbour’s farm. We would enjoy having a break from our daily life in office and spend some quality time with hands-on physical work for/with you.   Furthermore, improving our English will be a positive side effect of joining WWOOF. Especially for our kids who started studying English at school last summer.   Joining WWOOF gives us the unique opportunity to combine both our favourite work activities and making a wonderful and exciting experience as a family Down-Under and in nature.

One reason I would love this experience is that I wish I could discover the daily life of habitants in total immersion, and improve my English as much as possible. In order to do so, I am looking for a room in a host family. In return, I am committed to be available to feed animals, to clean their box or to make gardening, babysitting or cooking, do shopping etc. I love manuels labor and take care of animals (I have 2goats, 1horse 1rabbit and 2 cats in my parent's house). I have done a lot of gargening work in my life so hard work does not bother me. I do love nature and like to work in the wild to open my mind and find peace!

I really love animals and being outside and that is one reason why I chose WWOOF for my year abroad. Another aspect is that I would like to learn new skills in terms of animal caring (or sustainable farming) and would like to be part of the team/ family where I stay and of their daily life instead of travelling and working alone.
