I have recently planted an orchard of 40 fruit trees plus rainforest trees with plans for expansion into herb and vegetable growing. Ocean views and breeze, accommodation in comfortable cabin with rainwater tank and camp cooker, no electricity, seperate to house. 15mins to beautiful Bermagui township and 5mins to Mimosa Rocks national Park, Aragannu and Bunga surf beaches. I would be very appreciative of any assistance with weeding, planting, mulching, mowing and if possible Handyperson work of cabinetry and fencing but not crucial. This year I have incorporated a Kenyan top bar beehive and am learning as I go, it’s given me motivation to plant a variety of flowering plants. I am a trained Herbalist / Naturopath with 2 school aged children and 1 border collie dog. Sometimes I work away and need assistance with houseminding and looking after Lunah the dog.

We are a French-Australian couple, both 33 years old, who lived in Sydney for over 4 years before going on our adventure around the country in December 2019. We had enough of the city life and our long term plan is to buy a farm where we could live a sustainable lifestyle. We would like our Wwoofing experiences to bring us the inspiration and skills we need to start our project, while helping our hosts achieve their own goals.

I've just fledged my youngest child and I'm up for new adventures. WWOOF seems like a safe and fun way to be a solo traveler. As I age, I am becoming more interested in sustainability in all it's guises - food, housing, internal wellbeing. I know very little about gardening and permaculture, but I'd like to learn more. During this year of pandemic I've been delighted to grow veggies in my urban back garden. It's been a lovely creative outlet to make soup from my own ingredients. What do I hope to achieve by WWOOFing? Such an interesting question. I don't know and I'm leaning in to the discomfort of not knowing. At the very least, connection to new folk and new ideas with the opportunity to exchange my skills and ideas.

Off grid life. Organic permaculture gardens. We are well on the journey to become sustainable. We grow and forage bush Tucker. We have a bush and beach life being surfers. Our days consist of connecting with our kids, working in the gardens, surfing, preparing and sharing food around a fire. We live 15mins from the coast. Kangaroos, wallabies, koalas and birdlife are co existing with us at our place. We do not have any domestic animals. We have two children who are 6 and 4, you will need to be good with kids because they love connecting also. We love to share Aboriginal culture with visitors.

It's the view! 41 ha (103 acre)  farm overlooking the glorious, green rolling hills of South Gippsland. Enjoy the  variable weather, stunning sunsets, huge sky and sparkling stars. We've Busy Bees, relaxed, inquisitive Black Angus, Hereford and Black Baldy Beef cattle, Black faced Suffolk sheep and quite a fruit/berries/ herb/vegetable garden. Wildlife abounds as we plant more indigenous species along our waterways. An ex travel planner ( helpful for ideas) and engineer, we've travelled extensively in Australia and overseas. How to get here: We are 2  hours East of Melbourne. Can pick you up in Leongatha ( bus from Melbourne), or from the train in Trafalgar or Morwell. There are also Buses from Wonthaggi via Inverloch and Leongatha to nearby Mirboo North. Or from Traralgon and Morwell. If you want an interesting, varied, enjoyable experience, our farm is it! We welcome WWOOFers looking to experience a different life.

Hello, we are Katrina and Finn and we live at Beachwood. It is a 2 acre patch of land that is part of the Eco-Village in the beautiful Currumbin Valley. Situated in the hinterlands of the Gold Coast, Queensland, we are just ten minutes from the BEACH and half an hour from all a city can offer. The bus pictured is the WWOOFers accommodation! So far, people love it! Katrina is an architect/builder/ and Finn is a sculptor/builder/musician we have a lot to share with a willing worker and we always try to have fun while we create! We speak French, German and welcome all cultures... Here on Beachwood we grow as much of our own food as possible. We are building our own unique timber framed  house, as well as maintaining the land and undertaking a number of other interesting projects.

I am currently in Hong Kong, would like to be a WWOOFer once Australia’s borders open. I hope to stay in different farms for 2 weeks or 1 month to know how they operate the farm and how they deal with challenges.

I have basic knowledge of nutrition and farming, I am healthy and mature with good working attitude. I hope to contribute my best to the farms and gain experiences from the works. I speak English, Cantonese, Mandarin and simple Japanese. Love to meet people and make friends, I am eager to know the life story of the hosts.

Last year I booked a one way ticket overseas, alas that dream did not come true so here I am following a different path with just as many cool options. I want to travel around to gain experience on the land, learn new skills and see different lifestyles and landscapes - I am pretty keen to see where this journey could lead. Some goals I have are to read more books, work with animals, ride more horses and drive a tractor. I want to learn how to build a house.
