My true passion has always been with animals and nature. Being with and taking care of animals is what instantly reloads me with energy and makes me truly happy. Back in Sweden I will eventually start my education to become a vet nurse. Being outside in nature is also something that I always loved, wether it is an adventure, such as hiking, climbing, diving or sailing; or simply just working outside, I always loved it. Anyway, right now things are not as they used to be for any of us with COVID-19. I'm still here in Australia trying to find a place to stay and a volunteer work anywhere in Lisborne and Far North Coast, NSW area. Until the 25 November I will travel up the coast with my friend. My plan is to find a place to stay and do some WWOOFing again because that's something I really enjoy, meeting new people - share stories, knowledge and work outside in nature. Contact me through my number or e-mail in the contact details. I will be able to come and help in the end of November after 25th with what ever you may need. The ideal time to stay for me would be about 3-4 weeks. 2 or 5 weeks is also okay! Hope to see you guys soon! Cheers and love, Alice

I first joined WWOOF in NZ in 2016. It was an amazing experience. I was travelling with a small group of friends and we were able to meet some amazing people and see some beautiful places whilst learning about local culture, the environment and food production

While being on the other side of the world I would like to do as many different things as possible to discover as much about myself that I can. I like meeting different people because we all have different stories and can learn much from eachother.

For two years I've thought I knew what I wanted in life and have been trying to create a grand plan to fit in with what all the other people my age are doing in their lives. I decided to move back to my country home town temporarily whilst in isolation to be with my family. It was in Mudgee that my passion for gardening was reignited being surrounded by family and getting right back to work with expanding my garden. I had family friends highly suggest I consider WWOOFing and it became a mission to make it happen as soon as I heard all about it. In the opportunity to begin a new chapter I sold all my possessions with a dream to follow.

Skills I Want to Learn:
I completed a PDC with goodlife permaculture earlier this year, and i am now looking to deepen my knowledge of permaculture systems in practice at all different scales, as well as further developing my practical skills. Im currently in a learning phase of my life, where i am trying to work out how i want to live, and what i would like to do with my life, so im interested in exploring different kinds of alternative living. I am particularly intersted in community living and all the different ways that can manifest itself, but i am committed to keeping myself open to all new experiences on this journey.

We are not a farm but a suburban home, 25 km from the centre of Sydney, with a large garden. From time to time we also donate food for other charity events & love to have help with this. We support several charities and we also host refugees on a regular basis. WWOOFers wishing to visit Sydney can take a bus from near our home to explore the city. Accom for up to 2 people in spare bedrooms. Children b.a. Mixed diet, including vegetarian. NSI.

We are located north of sunny Brisbane in a beautiful native forest. We are regenerating the native bush land with local and interstate Australian native plants, most we propagate from seed, to attract birds and wildlife. We have many beautiful birds visit daily, parrots, cockatoo, kookaburra, lorikeets... and wallabies, koala and possums on occasions. We are interested in permaculture landscaping to create an habitat for birds and wildlife and where people can live harmoniously. We are creative people and live sustainably. We have an organic vegetable garden. I have been gardening all my life. I propagate my vegetables and herbs from saved seeds. Richard has a lot of experience in construction and loves designing and building with recycled timber. We have a large comfortable home with a swimming pool which is solar heated. You will have a private bedroom and bathroom with a very comfortable bed. Brisbane is in the subtropical region which means we have beautiful sunny weather most days of the year. We enjoy going with our volunteers to beaches, walking in the rainforests and hiking to the waterfall to swim. And certain times of the year we love to go whale watching and to visit the sea turtles nesting and hatching. We are both gourmet cooks. We are not chefs but we did own a restaurant a few years ago. We love healthy food and we are mostly vegetarian although we cater to any diet choices. We have many interesting and creative projects we need help with outside and occasionally inside. We require people to work 4-6 hours per day with 2 days off per week. We provide breakfast lunch and dinner. We would prefer people to stay at least two weeks and long term is an option. If you like our profile please send us a message.

Bush Fire Prevention Work at Bellingen MidNorth Coast NSW 2nd and 3rd Year Visa able to be signed.

Our little farm is nestled in a beautiful valley just off Waterfall Way only 6 Kms from town of Bellingen.   It is our families and new friends sanctuary sitting on the bend of the creek. We await your energy and laughter to intermingle with the festivities of the kookaburras and crowing of the roosters.

We are seasoned travellers and know the beautiful art of generous hospitality and making others welcome.

Beautiful fully self contained accomodation about 60 metres from our house will be your abode.  Shared meals in main house with my mediteranian specialties. See pictures.

We have had travellers stay six months  putting on a few kilos from homebakes!!  We stay in touch with a lot of our guests and many have returned.   A beautiful gift indeed these lovely shared times and connections.

Work includes building, fencing,  tree planting and painting or whatever else you see needs doing that you wish to contribute.

Weekends are off so you can enjoy the surrounding magnificent area which includes World Heritage National Park 25 Kms away on the Great Dividing Range escarpment, exquisite pristine mountain stream meandering through the rainforest or a walk along kilometres of unspoiled beaches.

No alcohol please, smoking under one of the many big gum trees.  Can't be sure you will spot a koala but certainly trees are filled with king parrots and pigeons.
