Short Property Description
Our property is 94 acres, nestled on the northern face of Mt Barrow. It is a bush block, mainly Myrtle and native rain forest with a large dam for trout fishing.
Accommodation for 1-3 people in comfortable old family home. Mainly vegetarian meals. We have a dog, cat, chickens and lots of wildlife.
No mobile phone cover but have internet access. We are happy to help people who wish to improve their English.
Volunteering includes help in organic garden, yard and building maintenance and will help you in any area you wish to learn. For example wood work and using tools. We also enjoy having fun playing board and card games and have a pool table.
Children OK by arrangement. Young and mature WWOOFers welcome. Negotiable stays. Can pick up from Launceston or airport.

Why I became a WWOOF Host
I was unwell at the time I joined and needed help on the property. Now we still need help but enjoy the company of travelers and enjoy passing on different skills to anyone who wants to learn.
