Short Property Description
440 acres of mixed pasture land focusing on improving the soil using regenerative practises. The animals are carefully managed to aid us with our soil improvements.
We farm approx 2,000 laying chickens, 20 dairy cows milked once a day, approx 60 beef cows, approx 15 pigs on pasture, a small flock of sheep, laying ducks and other pets around the house yard.
We also grow and harvest approx 1 acre of biodynamic garlic. There is seasonal work involved with this.

Why I became a WWOOF Host
We enjoy giving people the opportunity to learn about what we do and why. Being outdoors and around animals is very calming as well, making most people feel happy. We also enjoy meeting new people and learning about their culture & family.
