Short Property Description
We are a husband and wife team with 5 children enjoying life on property. The property has a separate fully self contained three bedroom home full of nostalgic charm, situated on 106 acres once owned by one half of the Layland Brothers, only a few hundred metres from their once famous Layland Brothers World and comes with its own private direct river access and a short distance to the beach. We live in a separate home on the property. We have horses, two cows, an alpaca, chickens, ducks, cats and dogs and live in a magical place on the Mid North Coast.
Organic/Biological methods we use
We are slowly establishing a flourishing orchard and vegetable garden which we hope will be self sustaining to our family and perhaps friends.
We need help with fixing and mulcing soils, planting, watering, wood carting, building, mowing / slashing with a tractor / animal caring / feeding and mucking out enclosures.
As the cottage has a full kitchen meals may not always be included, working hours will be negotiated to cover this depending on each individual stay.

Why I became a WWOOF Host
We had numerous people through pre covid and had wonderful experiences with them all. It’s time to reopen our cottage and let others discover our paradise whilst helping out on our farm.
