Stay for 2 weeks or longer!
Our gorgeous 5,200 acre cattle station is located in our own pristine scenic rim valley. The property is bordered by the beautiful Albert River where we grow our crops for our cattle. Your day to day activities are never the same, as we are somewhat self-sufficient with chickens, fruit, vegetables & herbs, caring for our chickens, working in vegetable gardens and orchards or with our 1,000 stud beef cattle, organic bee’s and honey factory. You will work alongside one of our seven permanent staff who will ensure your experience with Shamrock Vale Station is the true Aussie adventure.
There are dedicated 5 Star Wwoofers quarters that have private bedrooms, we can cater for up to 7 people at a time subject to availability. All our previous Wwoofers state our facilities and accommodation is 1st class. We provide food for self-catering with a $77 food voucher each week (you cook what you like). If you choose you can join our farming family and share meals and other celebrations, and we also have a monthly BBQ in true Aussie style.
Services available for your access, Internet and phone we recommend you use Telstra. We are a 10 minute drive to a large country town Beaudesert and 1 hour drive to Brisbane or to the Gold Coast. We are also an hour from beautiful Moreton Island, Stradbroke Island and 3 hours to world famous Frasier Island. A 45 minute drive to Lamington National Park with her pristine rainforests, spectacular waterfalls and crystal clear creeks.
When you aren’t working, you can enjoy our beautiful property and its many features or sit in your own chilled entertaining space, or head down to our 3 lagoons where you can enjoy some water sports or just generally relax. We provide kayaks, paddle boards, fishing gear, triad bikes are all here for your enjoyment.
We can’t wait to see you soon!
