We are looking for a reliable and hard-working person to help us with our vegetable gardens and blueberry patch.

Come and learn about self sufficiency and organics. We are nutritionists, cooks, gardeners, authors, actively involved in community projects including community gardens and Transition Town Tamborine Mountain, and run an organic home delivery business in Brisbane. If you're interested in health, food, nutrition, organics, gardening, self-sufficiency and community, we'd love to meet you.

Our half-acre property on Tamborine Mountain in the Gold Coast Hinterland is close to rainforest walks in national parks, and a 45 minute drive to Gold Coast beaches. When you stay with us you will enjoy a happy family environment, comfortable private accommodation in our home (your own bedroom and bathroom), and all meals provided. We have two young children (5 & 2), chickens, over 30 fruit trees & large vegie garden based on organic & sustainable methods. Work includes garden maintenance, vege gardening, mowing, tending blueberry orchard, collecting and dispersing compost/mulch.

FANTASTIC FOOD. Mixed diet/mostly vegetarian. All organic food. NS. Work approx. 4 hrs per day, 6 days a week. Internet. Swimming pool. Local trips, e.g. swimming in local waterfalls.
