We live on a 20 acre property along the Bald Knob Range next to bushland reserve and close to the Crohamhurst National Park which is a protected Koala habitat. There is abundant birdlife and we have a platypus and turtle in the dam. We also have occasional visits from a wallaby. Sugar gliders use the adjacent bushland. We are hoping to get some egg laying chickens

You will have your own room & share a meal with us each night. We provide other meals which you prepare yourself. We have a bike to access the local shop. Australia Zoo is nearby but at the bottom of the range.

Work includes removing grass and weeds from around the fruit trees and mulching . There is also some bushland and pasture regeneration, veg seed and tree planting and general orchard and gardening work.

Wwoofers must be fit & willing to work. Accom for 1-2 people. No children. Vegetarian fish and meat meals as required NSI. Min stay 3 days. Can P/U from the Beerwah train station with prior notice.
