3833 VW055 Bevan Noojee, 3833. Ph: 03-9001-0833 East of Melbourne along the Gourmet Deli Trail, my 150 acre property is nestled in a lush, green valley haven, only 45 mins from the popular Mt Baw Baw ski location. Bountiful, pure & spring-fed, the Toorongo River meanders & babbles its way through the heart of our property. Its pretty rock bottom and crystal clear water are a stunning backdrop to the trout & crayfish that live there (sorry, no fishing or crayfish harvesting). Spectacular river & mountain views. Walks along the river and through the ferny rainforest, which is home to swamp wallabies, wombats, echidnas, lyrebirds, king parrots, possums & lots more. Bushwalking to Tooronga Falls. Work is helping to revegetate in order to create a greater wildlife habitat, build accommodation for spiritual retreats & nature lovers, and establish a P/c vegetable garden, etc. Accom for couples only in cabins or BYO. No children. No pets. NSI. Min stay 1 week.
