Hi my name is Rosie I am 19 years old and I come from a town in England called Oxford (close to London) - I am currently living in Perth with my Uncle and his beautiful family
I have been in Aus for 4 months now and i find it a very postive way of life and i am looking to gain a second years working visa..
The Australian government department of imigration have got a list of postcodes in which i am allowed to work in to gain my visa they are:
6041 to 6044
6083 to 6084
6121 to 6126
6200 to 6799
I am a very keen working and love meeting new people and experiencing their way of life and living. I adapt very well to new surroundings and situations. Initially i would prefer to be approximatly 4 hours from Perth as i will be traveling alone and would like to be a reasonable distance to my family. So i would laso be in need to accomodation..
In order to gain my 2nd years working visa I need to work for a total of 3 months (or 88 days), i understand that some people only take WWOOFERS on for about 3 weeks but if i could even get a month here and there it would be great and even more people to meet !!
I would LOOOVEEE to work on a farm with horses as i had a pony when i was younger! I have no fear of animals (alothough snakes scare me - i know i am not alone!)
I also eat anything!! I do like to keep a healthy diet however but i dont suppose many farms have a hungry jacks on the doorstep which is good news!!
I hope to hear from someone soon and happy new year!

Hi Rosie,
we are in Muchea 6501 which is only about 50 mins from the Perth CBD so very close to the city....BUt we are classed as rural!! WE have a small hobby farm where we breed fancy chooks for sale (only as a hobby not a business).
Our WWOFERS are provided with a private room and have access to aircon/pool/internet etc.
We are currently asking for gardening/animal care and cleaning/cooking from our WWOOFERS but some other jobs may be added by negotiation.

We will always have something for you to do, from picking vegies (that are currently being planted) to general farm work or gardening around the house.
We are pretty cruisey work wise, I work on an honour system which is basically when you think that you have done your fair share that’s it for the day. We have got an old farm ute that you can use for general looking around the area (to the beach or Town (Joondalup) or touristy stuff) As long as we aren’t using it on the farm you are welcome to it. We have a big house and 4 kids that will follow you around. We have horses that you can ride.
We are about 40 minutes north of Joondalup which is a major city that is part of the Perth Metro area. Joondalup is about 25 kms north of Perth. That is where we do our majority of our shopping. We can arrange to pick you up from there at the train station.
There is lots to see and do around here, wineries, gravity discovery centre, honey farm, olive groves, beaches, fishing etc
We definitely have clean sleeping arrangements and delicious food!! Especially in the Summer, it’s definitely BBQ weather!!
Our postcode is 6503
kind regards
Paula and Marc
