Hello Maria and Hannah,
I am Donny.. NU016/Page172 of the July 2009book. Check that out and then take into account ... Rule one in life: Things change!
I still own the property 'The Breakaway' as mentioned in the wwoof book however, I am not living there full time.
I am now located at Witheren near Canungra in SE Qld. (Gold Coast Hinterland) Just the other side of the volcano.
My new entry in the July 2010 book reads as follows:-

4275 QG278 Donny, WITHEREN. “Work is love made visible”… Kahlil Gibran. Exotic, organic gardens and orchards, abounding with native wildlife, provide varied and interesting outdoor work for fun loving, open-minded wwoofers of all ages. In tranquil hinterland 4klm from the picturesque village of Canungra, we are close enough to the coast but far enough away from the hostel hype. Single and sharing house with one mature lady and her dog, Donny is an event manager, builder, writer and musician. Full of energy and passion, he will show you forest walks, mountain swimming holes, local markets and scenic beauty not so often seen. Cultural exchange, creative and healing skills are encouraged. Preference given to those who email early and include a photo… helps with ID. We eat a healthy, mixed, organic diet with minimum processed food. Smoking outside. Transit station nearby. Stay one week, longer if you are having fun.

If you are interested in coming here to wwoof and possibly a trip down to The Breakaway for a few days then contact me again and we'll see what can be arranged. Phone and email has NOT changed. If you would like to visit call, text or email me.

If you don’t have the July 2009 book then please call the WWOOF office on 5155-0218 during office hours or e-mail wwoof@wwoof.com.au, quoting your WWOOF membership number and my new host number (QG278) and they will give you my contact details.

I look forward to hearing from you.
Cheers!
Donny

Hi Maria and Hannah,
I desperately need some one to do some work in my organic veggie garden and could pick you from Byron today (Sat) or tomorrow (Sun). I am a shareholder in a community of documentary makers and a graphic artist. We live on a 25 acre hinterland property, 28km inland from Byron Bay and 18km east of Lismore, within easy reach of beach and mountain forests. Features include large organic vegetable garden and house orchard, an area being restored back to the big scrub rainforest. You would have a gorgeous large room in my spacious, mud brick home which you would be sharing with me. I can accommodate most diets. My listing is in the new Wwoofer book. Email or phone me as soon as you can if you are interested.
Cheers,
Catherine.
