4881k QU289 Karen, Kuranda, Tucked away behind the main school of Kuranda is my property of 10 acres, adjoining the Barron River, with fabulous weather & temperatures, and surrounded by rainforest. About 3 acres are cleared and I have counted 30 different fruit trees, mainly all tropical. The birdlife is wonderful with many different grassland, rainforest & river varieties. There are also quolls, echidnas, dingos, possums, gliders, snakes & native rats, 4 different types of wallabies & 8 types of frogs. The river contains platypus, turtles & freshwater crocs. I rent out one house on the property and myself and my 2 dogs live in the other dwelling. Work includes trimming fruit trees, gardening, cleaning roof gutters, fencing, whippersnipping, weed removal, home & property maintenance. Accom for 1 person in a separate dwelling. No children. Meat-based diet. NSI. Min stay 2 weeks, then neg.
