We will have volunteers coming from all over Australia and New Zealand for the event, so I have a series of emails, requesting information, and providing more details depending on if a volunteer will be around for the induction bbqs (1 bbq in November, and a Christmas Party in December, both in Hobart).

Generally Speaking, volunteers are required to arrive at the Marion Bay festival site on the 28th of December for the main volunteers meeting and meal.
Further meals are provided when rostered on during a meal time, and stall food is available. No ATM facilities are on site, so if folk are planning on purchasing food or drink at the festival, bring cash in advance, a lockup box is available for valuables.

Camping is available in the Staff/VIP area, with a basic kitchen (byo food, implements and cutlery) and shower area.
