NA110 Bungendore NSW 2621. This Sustainable House is on 15 acres near Canberra. 1/3rd of the property is in it's natural state for wildlife, and the remaining 2/3rds are devoted to anthropocentric uses. Permaculture is the major guiding principle with some biodynamic methods used as well. Work includes assisting with new property designs as well as setting up new systems, animal husbandry, and general farm chores. All training will be given, as appropriate, and the work load will NOT exceed 5 hours per day. Accom. for up to 5 people in comfortable self-contained house. Children OK. Mixed diet negotiated. Smoking outside in designated areas only. Min stay 4 days, then negotiable.

For longer term visitors (ie, 7 weeks or more) there is an option to do a Permaculture Design Certificate whilst staying at the property. You can then use your experiences here to 'flesh out' the theory, and hopefully go on to build something bigger and better than my own humble example... such that it is.
