Mangrove is a residential yoga retreat centre one and a half hours north of Sydney in a beautiful valley near the Hawkesbury river. There is cycling, kayaking, bush walking and swimming in the local creek along with yoga and meditation classes daily. We need wwoofers immediately and for the next few weeks to help with general duties around the center. Beautiful and plentiful vetetarian food available and plenty of good company. This is a good place for anyone with an interest in Eastern Philosophy, community, or meditation. Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
