Carpenter needed at Hamelin Bay ?, Owner builder..., needs a helping hand. Options

I seek someone with good carpentry skills.
I am an owner/builder and have all the carpentry tools but not enough of the skills..., If you have the skills and feel so inclined maybe we can strike a 'special deal' between us.
Find me on page 342 of the January 2010 WWOOF book. My entry reads as follows:

6288hb WS049 P/c Malcolm, This is a beautiful, peaceful valley,close to Hamelin Bay & beside a tall forest NP. I am 30 kms south of Margaret River but a bus stops at Karridale, 6 kms away. I am building myown solar passive stone & timber home, have a vegie garden & orchard that I always need help with. Also help with property maintenance. Working hours negotiable, but you must be willing to work in order to visit here. Extra rewards for extra skills on endeavours. Independent & creative Wwoofers welcome. I go to the beach often in summer for fishing, swimming, surfing, diving, boating, playing, beach combing, etc and Wwoofers who have complted their work are welcome to join in the fun.
