Olives nearly ready, the more the merrier. We only pick 2-3 days then do other general work or explore local attractions or odd trip to coast. After each pick we take them to nearby processor, pick up oil next day and eventually bottle it. Friendly dogs, emu and chooks. Cooking encouraged if wish. Part of buy local food scene with big Food and Farm festival in early May.
